Registering as a new patient
Tandartspraktijk Jan van Galen can accept new patients. You are very welcome.
Cancel appointment
If you cannot come to your appointment, you must cancel it with at least 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise we will have to charge you for the time we have reserved for you.
By public transport
The practice can be easily accessed by public transport. Plan your route here From Amsterdam Central (tram 13 and bus 18), Amsterdam Sloterdijk (tram 12 and bus 15) and Amsterdam Zuid (bus 15) stations.
By car
Please note that parking payment machines only take debit or credit cards and require that you enter the vehicle’s license plate number.
Fee: €2.40 per hour.
